We ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia.  All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.  Once dispatched, all domestic and international orders will receive a tracking number.

Chi Chi and Fi do not hold any responsibility for items once they have been posted. If you require your order by a specific date please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@chichiandfi.com and we will try and assist you as best as we can.

**No order changes or cancellations once the order has been placed.

Customs duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries - if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by Chi Chi and Fi

 

AUSTRALIA

We offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $200

For orders less than $250 , we charge a flat rate of $9.95

Express post is $19.95

​

Orders sent via standard shipping usually arrive within 3-6 working days from day of dispatch.

Express Domestic Shipping - select this option at check-out if you really need to receive your order as quickly as possible within Australia and sent via Express Post. While we always do our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible, selecting this option will bump you to the front of the queue.

INTERNATIONAL

 

Standard International Shipping Flat Rate $50

Standard Shipping to New Zealand $20 AUD

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

Chi Chi and Fi  is not responsible for any delays caused by a countries customs and is unable to alter the duties and taxes incurred.

By placing an order with Chi Chi and Fi you  are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

We ship International orders via DHL Express. Shipping takes approximately 3-10 business days from day of dispatch.

RETURNS

​

Credit Returns Policy:
 

Chi Chi and Fi want you to love your purchase. We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible including sizing and colour guides for our garments. If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to contact us info@chichiandfi.com prior to making your purchase.

You can exchange any item purchased from chichiandfi.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

1. Please email our Returns Department with your request to info@chichiandfi.com within 14 days of package delivery. We will respond within 1-2 business days with details as to how your exchange or store credit will be processed.

2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your store credit or exchange.

 

Postage costs are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. All international returns should be shipped back to Chi Chi and Fi as goods returned to sender to ensure no duties and taxes are incurred for the return.

Returns shipping costs for change of mind or size to be incurred by the customer. 

​

• All Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be refunded back to original form of payment. Chi Chi and Fi Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange when request has been initiated within 14 days of delivery. 

• All hair accessories, jewellery, and hosiery are final sale.

• If an item is damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date of the item. For damaged items, you will be provided an exchange for a new same item, where possible. 

• Chi Chi and Fi is not responsible for any loss or damage of item(s) during the return process. Any shipping costs for returned or exchanged goods are responsibility of the buyer, and we do not accept responsibility for the loss of goods being returned/exchanged. We suggest using a trackable shipping service when returning/exchanging. 

• Garment must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed or in otherwise unused condition with all original labels intact. Please note that we will not accept goods if there is animal fur etc on the clothing as this is a serious health risk .Goods must also be returned odour free - ( Free of  Cigarettes , dampness etc)

• Chi Chi and Fi is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

• We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not fulfil our Return & Exchange Policy. Product reclaim shipping fees will apply.

Faults

​

Please note that we do our best to display the true color of the garment, however, colors may vary slightly  depending on your computer monitor/device and the lighting of images. We do not consider this a fault if the color is different. Please contact us at info@chichiandfi.com prior to ordering if you need help with colours.

In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email info@chichiandfi.com

If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement  (if we have a replacement in stock) , or refund once we have received the returned item.
We cannot process a return for a faulty garment if we do not get the opportunity to view and inspect the fault processed. 

We will cover the costs of return shipping.

Please do not send anything back to us if we have not been made aware of the issue/ fault and discussed this with you. 

Please inspect all goods upon arrival and ensure to get any returns back to us within the 14 day timeline advised above.

GARMENT SAFETY

​

It is the responsibility of the parent or carer to ensure garments are in perfect working order. Do not fit your child with garments that have loose or exposed elastic, loose press studs, or any other fault that could potentially cause harm to your child.

​

Our garments and accessories are not intended for infants or children to sleep in. We strongly advise to never allow your child to sleep while wearing garments that contain neck ties or while wearing any hair accessories as they could present as a choking hazard. 

​

While every endeavour has been made that our hair accessories are safe, children should never be left wearing a hair accessory unsupervised.

Responsibility will not be taken due to any injury or damage caused from misuse of our products.
